1. Acceptance of Terms | الموافقة على الشروط

By registering and attending, the participant agrees to all terms herein.
بالتسجيل والحضور، يقر المشارك بموافقته على جميع الشروط الواردة في هذه الوثيقة.

2. Eligibility and Participation | أهلية المشاركة

Participation is limited to registered and approved teachers.
تقتصر المشاركة على المعلمين المسجلين والمعتمدين فقط.

3. Event Conduct | السلوك داخل الفعالية

Participants must behave professionally and comply with all instructions and laws.
يجب الالتزام بالسلوك المهني وتعليمات المنظمين وكافة القوانين المعمول بها.

4. Intellectual Property | الملكية الفكرية

All materials are protected under Jordanian Copyright Law No. 22 of 1992.
جميع المواد محمية بموجب قانون حماية حق المؤلف الأردني رقم 22 لسنة 1992.

No recording or distribution is permitted without written approval.
يمنع التسجيل أو النسخ أو النشر دون موافقة خطية.

5. Media Consent | الموافقة على التصوير والنشر

The participant acknowledges and agrees that the event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded, and grants irrevocable consent for use of their image and voice in promotional, educational, and media materials without compensation.

يقر المشارك ويوافق على أن الفعالية قد يتم تصويرها أو تسجيلها، ويمنح موافقة نهائية وغير قابلة للإلغاء لاستخدام صورته وصوته في المواد الترويجية والتعليمية والإعلامية دون أي مقابل.

This consent is granted pursuant to Jordanian Civil Code No. 43 of 1976.
تُمنح هذه الموافقة وفقًا لأحكام القانون المدني الأردني رقم 43 لسنة 1976.

6. Data Protection and Privacy | حماية البيانات والخصوصية

All personal data shall be handled lawfully and securely in accordance with Jordanian laws and the Cybercrime Law No. 17 of 2023.
تتم معالجة البيانات الشخصية بشكل قانوني وآمن وفقًا للقوانين الأردنية وقانون الجرائم الإلكترونية رقم 17 لسنة 2023.

7. Limitation of Liability | تحديد المسؤولية

The organizers are not liable for personal loss, injury, or property damage during the event.
لا يتحمل المنظمون أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار أو الإصابات أو فقدان الممتلكات أثناء الفعالية.

8. Amendments | التعديلات

The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
يحتفظ المنظمون بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت.

9. Governing Law | القانون الواجب التطبيق

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام قوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

10. Acknowledgment | الإقرار

Attendance constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
يعد الحضور إقرارًا كاملاً بالموافقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
