By registering, the parent/legal guardian agrees to the following:

1. Eligibility
   The participant is aged 12–16 and has parent/legal guardian consent.

2. Payment
   Registration is confirmed only after full payment. Fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

3. Attendance & Behavior
   Participants must attend on time and follow all instructions.
   Bullying, disruptive behavior, misuse of devices, or disrespect will result in removal without refund.

4. Safety & Supervision
   Supervision is provided during session hours only. Parents are responsible for timely drop‑off and pick‑up.

5. Health
   Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed. Emergency medical care may be provided if needed.

6. Content & Media
   Workshop materials belong to the organizers. Photos/videos may be used for documentation or promotion unless written objection is submitted in advance.

7. Liability
   The Workshop and Maysalward are not responsible for lost items or injuries caused by failure to follow rules.

8. Right to Remove
   The organizers may remove any participant who violates these terms without refund for paid workshops.
