1. Event Details

Event Name: Game Design Week by Maysalward
Dates: 11 – 18 January
Venue: The Boulevard’s Corner, Abdali, Amman – Jordan
Organizer: Maysalward (“Organizer”)

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending the event, all participants and/or their legal guardians confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

3. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
The registering guardian declares that they have full legal authority to provide consent on behalf of the minor.

4. Photography, Video Recording & Media Use

The event will be photographed and filmed for documentation, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

By attending or registering, participants and/or guardians grant the Organizer an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to capture and use images, video recordings, and audio of participants in any form of media, including but not limited to websites, publications, advertisements, and social media platforms, in compliance with Jordanian privacy and data protection laws.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data collected is processed in accordance with Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and related regulations, and will be used solely for event management, communication, and documentation purposes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except to the extent required by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant who violates event policies without obligation to refund.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
